My weigh in this morning was 171.4 and my post run weigh was 170.6. On Sunday I am aiming for 169.8 post-cardio. That will put me 1 week behind in my 10lbs a month goal.
Either I am going to have to consume less calories or do more exercise to make up the 1 week I am behind. I am now aiming to be at 159.8 by April the 3th and 155.x by April the 15th. It is going to be hark word but I believe with the Lord’s help I can do it.
This will give me a 40lb loss in 4 months.
Below are my weekly calorie averages for the last 7 weeks. When I averaged the below 7 weeks out I am at 1814 calories daily for the last 7 weeks which is acceptable to me.

I picked up some time on my 5km bike/2.5km run/5km bike today. The 1st leg I did in 12:05 and the 3rd leg 15:03. I just didn’t have the strength in my legs to push it hard. Also going by the Rottweiler is a huge distraction.
The 2nd leg I did average with a time of 15:18. I should be able to do the 2.69km run in 14:00. If I can shave off 1:18 on my run and 1:58 on the 3rd leg (do it in 1 min more than the first leg) that would give me a time of 39:02. So I will work on breaking 40min first and then 39min next.
After I can do my current set in 39min I plan to move my 2.69km run up to a 5km run so I will be doing 5km for each of the 3 legs. Then from there I plan to kick the 2 bike legs up from 5km to 10km each.
