RunKeeperHere are my weekly distances for cycling and running for the last 4 weeks. I am going to try to do a 25km cycle and a 16km run on both Firday and Saturday for a total weekly distance of 150km for cycling and 62km running.

    Very interesting website. I am persuing simular goals. However I find the riding easy to do and just getting to the running is a bit harder. I live in the Philippines. it’s a great place to ride.

    Hi Darryl,

    Cycling is quite a bit easier on your body without a doubt. For some reason I like running better then cycling. I even purchased an Elliptical Trainer with the plan to do less running but now I find myself doing more running.
