Twitter is a social media where you post 140 character messages. You have the ability to follow people and have people follow you. When you log into your twitter account you will see all the messages from those that you are following.
Seeing how you only have 140 character to put a message in some times you need to shorten up the words you are using.
I will be adding to this list as I learn more short cuts for works.

Other Tips:
–If you want to make a URL hot you can use www.domain.com instead of http://www.domain.com/ as this saves 8 spaces.
–When you use numbers you can remove the trailing space ie “I got that4 john2″
