Sprouted Spring Wheat Kernels

Here is what two cups or 400grams of Spring Wheat Kernels looks like after 12hr of soaking and two days of sprouting and before they are soaked. Two cups more than double in volume.

For my next batch of Wheatgrass trays I am going to only sprout for 1 day. I want to see if that will change the yield either ways. My first two trays I sprouted for 3 days, my two new Wheatgrass trays that I started today spouted for 2 days, and my next set of Wheatgrass trays the Spring Wheat kernels will have only sprouted for 1 day.
