Today I ran one 7km lap in Springwater Forrest based on splits to do a half marathon in 2:15:00 which is my next targeted time.
Here is how I did.

The RunKeeper iPhone app doesn’t show overall min/km but current min/km and it only updates the distance ever 30 or so seconds. So unless I am doing something wrong or have missed a setting this app very poor for trying to keep track of your splits and most runners are running to splits.
I plan to be back out at it tomorrow and trying to run an even 6:24 for 42.48 over 7km.
