I am trying to find time to run 5km every day. Last week I ran 4 times and this week I have run 3 times. I missed yesterday but I plan on running twice today to make up for that and I plan on running both Friday and Saturday.

Today I did 26:20 in 5.04km which is 26:05 in 5km. This is close to my 11-23-09 time of 25:56 for 5km. I had no idea I was only 9 secs off a PR (personal record) or I would have pushed a bit harder.
