Here is the kind of shakes I am enjoying these days. Typically I am having 3 to 5 of these a day. I am using about 250ml of carrot juice in each 500g shake.
Strawberries, Papaya, Cherries, Pineapple, Frozen Blueberries, Frozen Raspberries, Dates, Almonds, Brazilian Nuts, Chia, and Carrot Juice.
