Today it was overcast and my iPhone GSP couldn’t get a signal so I used my iPhone timer. I ran one lap of 7.03km in the Springwater Forrest in 43:26 which was 6:12 or 0:12 per km off pace. A pace of 6:12 would give me a 2:10:49 half marthon.
Here are the splits for the first 7km of a half marathon run at 2:15:00.

I am still looking into what kind of training I will need to be able to do a 2-15 half. For now the plan is to try to rack up 30 to 50km a week and to slowly increase the distance I can do 6:24 splits.
Depending on how I feel tomorrow I plan on trying to do 10km to 14km at 6:24 a kilometer.
