Friday is a special day for me, as I get to get together with a wonderful group of brothers and sisters in the Lord that are on fire for God.
This week’s Friday night Bible study is at Pete and Helen Bartsch’s at 7:00pm in Copenhagen, at 49210 Nova Scotia Line.
Study starts at 7:00pm. We open in prayer, sing a number of hymns, give room for testimonies, and then tonight we are starting to go through Matthew 26, verse by verse. We close around 9:30 with a season of prayer and then have fellowship and food until 10:30 or later.
The emphasis is on practical Christianity and loving God with all our heart, and loving and doing unto others as we would have them do to us. There is also an emphasis in the Bible study on victorious living, and by God’s grace being free from committing sin.
We currently have people coming from 5 different congregations. Most of those that come have young children, so there is no problem bringing your children if you come. It varies from week to week, but we typically have anywhere from 10 to 20 adults attending.
Most, if not all, of the people that attend the study profess to have complete victory over committing sin. So if you are lacking victory and struggling in your endeavor to live for God, I believe this study group can be a help and support for you.
If you are looking to meet some Christians that are on fire for God and seeking after holiness of life and would like some good Christian fellowship, feel free to pay us a visit.
Call me at 519-636-6636 if you have any questions concerning the Bible study or if you don’t have transportation. Even if you are as far away as London we may be able to provide you a ride. Personally, I am usually in London on Friday afternoons doing tract work, so if you are in the London area and need a drive, someone will be more than happy to help you with a ride.

Bible study was a big blessing. There was lots of sharing this week and we had a very good time of worship and praising the Lord in the singing of hymns. We covered Matt 26:1-16, and there where many good practical thoughts brought out. There were 18 adults, which is more than usually attend.
Here is a picture of the group.
