I purchased GNC’s own brand CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) back in Jan 16th. 120 capsules that are each 1000mg for $32.99 taxes out.
I am pretty much finished of those so I purchased at Popeye’s in London (660 Richmond St, London 519-645-2202) the Ultimate Nutrition’s brand CLA which is 90 capsules for $22.99 first bottle and $14.99 second bottle.
That is 180 capsules for $37.98 or $25.32 for 120 capsules which is $7.67 less than the GNC brand.
I bought 2 months supply which is 4 bottles of 90 capsules. I am taking 6000mg a day. The Ultimate Nutrition brand is 80% pure so each capsules is 800mg.
One Study claims that you need to take 3400mg of CLA for it to be effective. David Knowles wrote a report on a study that was published in a scientific journal at UGA that examined the effects of CLA on individuals.
