I took off work early today so I could bike 25km and run 5km.
For now I am just runnig 5km but I sure look forward to when my right leg is recovered enough to handle 10km with no problem. I am still suffering for the 20km run I took almost a month ago.
My post-workout weight was 160.6 so I am not to far away from the 150’s. I am not sure if I will keep going when I hit 155 and go for 145 or not. I treated myself to a nice 12 oz top sirloin steak for hitting 160.x.
At work I finished off a 12′ x 8′ on Friday and started a 12′ x 10′ shed today. I plan to put up pictures of both of them when the 12′ x 10′ is finished.
I picked up a Bicycle Computer at Canadian Tire for $19.95.
