I weighed in after my morning workout at 163.2. My work out was 12.5km bike to Vedder dike in 31:49, 5km run on Vedder dike in 31:05, and 12.5km bike back to home base in 30:43. My calorie burn for the 25km bike was 450 calories (25km x 18cal/km at 25km/h) and the 5km run burned 330 calories (5km x 66cal/km) for a total of 780 calories.
The last time I biked was on April the 27th and from April 28th to May 1st I was building sheds for brother Tim. I figure that I was burning 750 to 1500 calories a day extra building sheds
These were pretty good time considering I hurt my right foot by running 24km and biking 25km back on the April 13th.
When I got back I treated myself to 2 wild blueberry whole grain blue menu muffins which were only 200 calories each (I got them on the 50% off rack at the Canadain Superstore). I poured a fruit shake made out of frozen raspberries and blueberries, and fresh pineapple, apple, stawberry, and kiwi.
It made a very nice breakfast of 600 calories.
I am now off to try 2oz of wheatgrass at Booster Juice. I thought I should try it first before I order a Wheatgrass Growing Kit. You can find more information on Wheatgrass on my post about Wheatgrass And Raw Food Questions Answered.
Also I am going to pick up a loaf of Ezekiel 4.9 Sprouted Grain Bread. I have been thinking about sprouting and baking Ezekiel 4.9 Sprouted Grain Bread but perhaps that would just take to much time.
