My post-workout weight minus gear etc. was around 165lbs. I didn’t pick up a digital scales yet so all I had to go by was your typical bathroom scales.

Since December the 16th, 2008 (3 months 16 days) I have lost 30lbs. My goal is to lose 40lbs in 4 months.

My Garmin is not working right so I don’t have exact times. 1st leg 13.5km bike around 35:00, 2nd leg 10km run around 1:05:00 , and the 3rd leg 13.5km bike around 35:00 for a total of 2:15:00.

200g of fresh pineapple 104c
50g of fresh bannana 43c
62g of 2% cottage chesse 55c

27km bike 10km run: 2:15:00
