My post-workout weight was 164.6. My running weight was 174.4 which includes my knapsack with my helmet and clip-in biking shoes.
I will try to get the weight of my bike with the lock and water bottle and post it some time in the near future.
I am no longer leaving my shoes and helmet with my bike when I run nor am I leaving my bike unlocked in the park any more. I trust the Lord but I don’t trust the devil.
Since December the 16th, 2008 (3 months 11 days) I have lost 30.6lbs. My goal is to lose 40lbs in 4 months.
Today I changed my workout. Normally I do 10km bike and a 5km run but today I did 23.5km bike and 5km run. I will pick up another 1.5km somewhere tomorrow so I can make the bike 25km.
1st leg 11.75km bike 32:29, 2nd leg 5km run 33:08, and 3rd leg 11.75km bike 32:57 for a total time of 1:38:50.
The first target to hit will be 1:30:00 and then 1:25:00, both of which I think ware doable even when I add the extra 0.75km per bike leg.
According to my Garmin Forerunner 305 that is a calorie burn of 1281 which is 500 more calories burned biking 23.5km then biking 10km.
