032609 WeightMy post-workout weight was 164.2 which is the same as yesterday. I was hoping for 163.8 but it didn’t happen.

Since December the 16th, 2008 (3 months 10 days) I have lost 30.8lbs. My goal is to lose 10lbs a month.

I skipped 2 meals today and didn’t eat until mid afternoon which will keep the calories down.

I broke 56 minutes with my 1st leg 5km bike 12:22, 2nd leg 5km run 30:15, and 3rd leg 5km bike 13:12 for a total time of 55:50.

My time on the 1st leg was 50 seconds behind my best of 11:32 back on March the 16th. My 2nd leg was only 15 seconds over my best and on the 3rd leg I beat my best my 13 second.

I still think I should be able to break 55 minutes.
