032509 WeightMy weigh pre-workout was 167.2 and post-workout weight was 164.2 which is a new record for me.

I have now lost 30.8lbs since ~Dec 16th 2008 (3 months 9 days).

I am have 6 days left to get back on track and hit 159.8 by April the 1st so that I reach my goal of 10lbs loss a month. That is 4.4lbs in 6 days which I think is almost impossible.

Perhaps if I hit 159.8 by April the 5th that will cut in half the current 8 days I am running behind in my 10lb per month goal and then I can aim to hit 155.8 by April 15th which would be 4lbs in 10 days. That better than trying to do 4.4lbs in 6 days.

It was a wet and a bit windy today so my workout time was slow. 1st leg 5km bike 14:58, 2nd leg 5km run 35:04, and 3rd leg 5km bike 14:59 for a total time of 64:56.

I felt tired and wanted to quite my workout in the middle of my run but the wonderful thing in a distance workout is all you have to do is hit half way and then you have no choice but to do the 2nd half.

So I just fight off thoughts of quitting my workout until I am half way done and then it doesn’t matter any more. I have to get back to home base some way. This desire to quite after I start my workout has been happening more often lately but I guess that is just part of working out.

I skipped 2 meals today and didn’t eat until dinner time which will keep the calories down. I had a 938 calorie day doing the same thing yesterday and it looks like I am round 1100 or so calories today.

I started my weekly average with a 2790 calorie day so I have been working on getting my daily average down below 1750. After a 938 yesterday and 1048 today my daily average is down to 1633 calorie.
