032209 WeightMy weigh in this morning was was 171.2 and I didn’t workout today so no post-workout weight.

I posted blogs for the last 3 days tonight and I recorded the time it takes for me to blog. While I was at it I figured out how long my workout take and I thought I would share those times.

The time for my 5km bike/5km run/5km bike workout takes me about 1 hour but there is the time it takes to get ready and the time to clean up afterward. Typically I take 15 minutes to get ready which includes having my BCAA shake, taking a picture of my pre-workout weight, and getting dressed in my workout clothes.

Then after the workout is over it takes about 30 minutes to take a picture of my post-workout weight, clean up, and change. After I workout I put together and consume a meal and a post-workout shake. This is typically another 30 minutes.

So the total time I spend with my pre and post prep, workout, shake and meal runs around 2 hours and 15 minutes and add the time for the daily blog posts and you have about 3 hours.

For example tonight I timed how long it took for me to do 3 blog posts. Typically I blog in the each day the following morning but some times I will let posts go 2 or 3 days.

Here is what I do and the times.
