My workout was 1st leg 5km bike 14:21, 2nd leg 5km run 35:44, and 3rd leg 5km bike 16:05 for a total time of 66:10.

I was suffering with a mild depression and lacked energy and I felt like quitting my workout but I pushed through anyway but with a very slow time.

Perhaps I will share here a bit on my depression. Some days I could just sit down and cry. Of course I refused to give into this feeling and just press forward. There is nothing wrong and every thing is going good but I just feel depressed.

I can still retain a smile and can usually go thought my day but I get kind of quiet and don’t have to much to say. This can happen every month or two and started back when I had a severe panic attack back in March of 2007 where I thought I was having a heart attack and called 911.
