031209 WeightI didn’t do a weigh in this morning. My post-workout weight was 170.2. I plan to go low calories again today and try to hit 168.8 tomorrow.

There was a enough wind to slow me down so I couldn’t break 60 minutes. First 5km bike was 14:50, 5km run was 31:02, and the last 5km bike was 16:53 for a total time of 62:45 which was 4:42 better than yestersdays 67:27 time. All I need is a calm day to break 60 minutes.
