031109 WeightWeigh in this morning was 172.6 and after my workout I was 170.4.

Looks like 169.x is finially in view. I am now 12 days behind behind my 10lbs per month goal. I don’t think this can be made up unless when I reach 155 I decide I need to go to 145.

I am due to be at 165 by the 16th which is in 5 days. Even with the extra workout of 5km bike/5km run/5km bike and going to a shake, meal, and snack I don’t think I can hit 165 in 4 days. I will try to push it hard. Let’s see what happens!

I also cut back my fat salad to 25g for 100c as 50g and 200c was just on many calories to spend on my fat intake.

It was very windy this morning and so much to the point that my 5km bike which I have done in 12:05 before took me 20:58. I extended my run from 4.27km to 5im and did that in 31:27. The bike back to home base took me 15:02 as the wind was at my back for most of the way.

I am looking forward to tomorrows workout to see how much I can beat today’s time of 67:27.

As I have biked 4.74km in 12:05 I should be able to do 5km in 12:45. I did the 5km run in 31:27 which is not to bad. I took one of the branch offs of the normal Springwater trail that I run and that added almost an addition 0.5km. For the rest I over lapped. Tomorrow I will take the other branch off and see what kind of distance that gives me.

I think I should be able to do the bike back to home base with 2 minutes above what it takes me in the first leg. So 14:45, 31:27, 17:45 for a total of 60:57. So my new target is to break the 60 minute mark on a 5km/5km/5km.
