030209 WeightWeigh in first thing this morning was 174.2 and after my fasted 6.69km run I weighed 172.6.

When I when for my run it was -8C, the sky was clear and it was windy. My run time was 45:04 and my average HR was 146bpm. I was happy with my weight today after I busted my diet yesterday with over 3000 calories.

I have noticed lately I have been inclined to eat more. Last week my average was 1870 calories daily which is 158 more calories a day than the week before which was 1712 daily. While that only adds up to 0.3lbs for the week I still need to watch that my calories intake doesn’t get out of hand.

This coming Sunday I am moving from a 6.69km to 7km run. The plan is to add 0.5km every 2 weeks to the distance of my run until I reach 10km. Increasing the distance of my run of course increases the calories burned.

I am starting to have more shakes and was surprised to find out that 1 cup of strawberries is only 40 calories. The evening strawberry shake I made was very good.
