I weighed in first thing this morning at 178.4 and after my 6km run 176.6. Up 0.4lbs from yesterday.
I have changed my morning workout shake to just use 22g of GNC ISO Whey so that I can keep the calories in my first meal lower. As I am doing my 6km morning run fasted I end of having the workout shake and breakfast at the same time.
This ends running me over 600 calories as the shake with VeggeGreen and PhytoBerry added is 282 calories. The protein only shake is 175 calories.
While I workout I have listen to the New Testament Bible. Back on the 6th of this month I decided to see if I could listen thought the New Testament twice a month.
Well I finished the New Testament for the first time today and am on my way thought it again. I should be able to get through it again this month and plan on buying a difference version than the KJV to listen to next month.
I am looking forward to our Friday evening Bible study group tonight. This Bible study has become one of the main weekly functions I look forward to.
We have people that come for 5 different denominations. All that come are committed to living a life of obedience to Christ and his Word and have the primary goal of their life to please God and to grow into a deeper personal relationship with him. The emphasis of the Bible studies are on practical Christianity.
We have a time of singing of hymns, testimonies and sharing, prayer, and then Bible study. We are currently going thought the book Matthew and this week we are finishing off chapter twenty. There is a time of fellowship and food after the study is over. The study starts at 7pm and ends around 9:30pm.
Most of the people are young couples in their late 20’s.
