021909 WeightI weighed in first thing this morning at 177.4 and after my 6km fasted run my weight was 176.2.

This morning was -5C and very windy. My run time was 50mins this morning. I took it easy and after doing yesterdays run in 40min.

I am working on getting up earlier so I can get back and get my meals going. Today I got back from my run today at 9:45 but still this is kind of late for me to have breakfast.

Perhaps I will have my 282 calorie morning shake first thing when I get up and give up the fasted run. I am wanting to keep my meals under 500 calorie and move to 5 meals a day. If you stay under 500 calories per meal less insulant
