021809 WeightWeighed in at 177.4 first thing this morning drank 2 cups of water (1lb) and then when for a 6km fasted run. After my run I weighted in at 176.0 which is a new low for me.

I have been making an effort to run 6km a bit faster. Typically I was running around 50mins. So I trimmed it down to 47mins on Friday, 45mins on Saturday, 44mins on Monday, 42 on Tuesday and then today I did it in 39mins 59secs. I know 40mins is still not a fast time but for a fasted run for a person that is as out of shape as I am I think it is pretty good.

Next week I will be moving my run up to 6.5km. I already have the distance marked out.

I joined Precision Nutrition today which is headed up by Dr. John Berardi.
