I weighed in at 178.0 after my run this morning. My 6km run time was 44min 17sec. I did 20km bike but I ended up keeping John company for 5km of his run so my time doesn’t matter.
I am still trying to find the safest 20km route to take and when I find that I will start trying to tune up my time. The idea is to stay off the #3 and #73 highways as much as possible and not drive down Conservation Line between Rogers Road and Springwater Road due to the Rottweiler dog that lives there and seem to be usually loose.
I purchased 4 months supply of Progressive PhytoBerry and had that this morning in my after run work out shake. You take 15 grams a day which is 60 calories. I plan on moving from GNC’s Mega Men Sport Multi to Progressive Multi For Active Men as soon as I finish the current bottle of GNC Multi I have.
