I weighed in this morning at 180.0. I am a bit surprised it was not higher after my 2405 calorie day yesterday.
Yesterday I changed the route of my run. I extended the distance I run on Springwater Road just a bit past Steelway and start and finish at the entrance to the the Springwater trail. This way I don’t have to run by the Rottweiler dog any more.
I ran the 5.4km yesterday in 51min 31sec and spend 4 minutes walking off the run and I ran the 5.4km today in 51min 14sec and spend 5 minutes walking off the run.
Yesterday was -12 Celsius and a bit windy and today was -14 Celsius but there was no wind.
Yesterdays Bowflex workout took me 1hr 15mins and today it took me 50 minutes. I am starting out slow as I want to make sure I am doing the exercises right.
I have been eating more than my past average of ~1700 calories per day but with the adding of my Bowflex routine to my exercising my calorie maintenance level is about 2700 calories so I don’t think I am going to gain any weight.
I will get back to the work of losing weight shortly. I just feel like I deserve a few food rewards for my 3 weeks of portion control and exercise.
