020409 WeightMy weight will fluctuate up and down some what so I am not discouraged by weighing in at 180.6 this morning. My weight is heading downward without a doubt.

One thing I have noticed in becoming consistent in one area of your life it effects your consistency in others. Consistency breeds consistency and likewise inconsistency breeds inconsistency.

Being more consistent in my portion sizing, eating times, and exercising is helping me to be come more consistent in other areas of my life. Success breeds success. I confess to being a person that tends toward inconsistency so anything that brings more consistency to my life is a good thing.
