I weighed in first thing this morning at 181.0 which was very nice. I should be in the 170’s in the next couple of days or so. I am thinking I should be able to hit the 160’s by March the 1st and be in the 150’s by April the 1st.
Now that I have my basement finished I am planning to move my Bowflex Ultimate 2 home gym out of the garage into the basement this week. The plan is to do my warm up with weights and then go right into my run or bike so I will get a fat burn for my whole cardio workout.
My 5.3km run this morning was very easy and the weather was warm. I had to deal with a Rottweiler dog in my run and that was not a pleasant experience. He came out onto the road and took a number of lunges toward me as I ran by his house.
I guess I need to find out what to do when this happens. Every time he lunged toward me I stopped and yelled at him very loud “go home” as I pointed with one hand at his home and held my open water bottle in my other hand.
The idea was if he got close enough I would try to squeeze my water bottle hard and get the water into this face than then a good hard kick to his head.
