012809 WeightIt appears I have forgotten some of the items I ate on Tuesday. The big jump to 148.8 was a big surprise to me.

Either the scales is whacked or I was snacking to much. That was back on Tuesday and I can’t remember . Anyway as you can see I when light on the calories today with a 1131 calorie day.

1/3 tomato, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp green pepper 30c
1 pieces of dark rye toast 120c
1 cup of plain fat free yogourt 120c

1 cup of whole milk 120c
1/2 cup mashed potatoes 90c
100g chicken breast 130c
1/2 cup of carrots 26c
1 cup of green salad 9c

012809 DinnerDinner 393 Calories:
2 cups of papaya 110c
1/4 cup of plain fat free yogurt 30c
2 cups of Romaine lettuce and tomato salad 35c
1 – 1/2 cup of chicken soup 112c
8 wholewheat crackers 106c

1131 calorie day.
