012309 WeightWell I think I am ready for a new scale. I got up this morning and checked the scale and I weighted in at 183.4 having gained another 1.4 pounds. This was 3 days in a row of weight gain. Considering Wednesday was a 1579 calorie day and Thursday a 1590 calorie day and considering that I have run 4.27km for the last 4 days I was a bit surprised.

So I had a 410 calorie breakfast and when for my 4.27km run. When I got back I had a shower and then weighed in again and now I was 181.8. That is a 1.6 pound change so I figure part of the problem is the scale.

I plan on going to London this afternoon to pass out gospel tracts so while I am there I will try to find a better scale and take this one back.

I am also going to try to pick up a pair of bike shoes and perhaps a bike trainer so I can start running one day and biking the next.

1/2 tomato, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp green pepper 35c
50g popping corn (5.5 cups) 180c
1.5 cups of papaya 83c

1668 calorie day.
