012209 WeightWell even with yesterdays 1590 calorie intake, which is quite below my maintenance calorie intake of 2256, and running 4.27km I still show a weight gain this morning. I weighed in yesterday after my run at 181.4 and this morning my weight was 182.

This is my 2nd straight day of a weight gain. With Tuesdays calorie intake of 2287 I gained 0.4 pounds and with Wednesday’s calorie intake of 1590 I gained another 0.6 pounds.

Not sure if what is up with that but I will not let this discourage me from my path and will move forward. I am feeling very positive and am considering going for another 4.27km run today.

In the summer I was at one point doing a 8.54km run 3 times a week but that seemed to be to much for my left foot which got a bit sore. Now with all the soft snow on the trail it makes it easier on my body so I should be ok for another run today.

I purchased a Cannondale 1999 R500D road bike back in October of last year and I am considering getting an indoor bike trainer for it so I can exercise using the bike during the winter. I also purchased a used Bowflex Ultimate 2 home gym that I need to include in my exercise program.

While the bike and home gym are easier on your body than running, I do really enjoy my time running in the woods. Yesterday I played Proverbs 21 on my iPhone and selected repeat item and listened to that chapter over and over for 37 minutes. What a blessing, Proverbs is one of favorite books of the Bible and probably the one I have read the most.

I have thinking of getting a number of different versions of the Bible and making a playlist for each Proverb chapter and then when I workout selecting the replay playlist for the day.

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 15c
125 grams of fat free cottage cheese 90c
1.5 cups of papaya 83c
1/4 cup of plain fat free yogourt 30c

Snack 290 Calories:
Tim Hortons low fat blueberry muffin 290c

1570 calorie day.
