012009 WeightDue to a high calorie day yesterday (1946) I figured I would need some exercise if I wanted to register a weight loss today. So I when for a 4.27km run in the woods.

It felt very good and due to the foot of snow we got yesterday it was an extra good work out. My iPhone ran out of juice part way thought the run so I didn’t get my time but I am guessing it would have taken me 40 minutes.

I fastest I have done this trail was a bit under 28 minutes and that was in the summer time when I was doing 5km 3 times a week.

After the run I rewarded myself with 90 grams of Parmesan cheese which was a whooping 408 calories. So much for lunch!

My lowest weigh in today was 181 pounds so it looks like I am going to be able loose 5 pounds this week . I expect weight loss gets more difficult as you go but that doesn’t scare me as I will am just starting to introduce exercise into my program.

1/3 tomato, 2 cloves garlic, 1.5 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp green pepper 20c
2 pieces of 12 grain toast 240c
1/2 grapefruit 35c

Lunch 498 Calories:
90 grams of Parmesan cheese 408c
1 cup of skin milk 90c

Dinner 753 Calories:
1 cup of wild rice 166c
170 grams of chicken breast 187c
500 grams of fat free cottage cheese 400c
1 cup of skin milk 90c

Snacks 466 Calories:
12 cups (4 bags) of fresh popcorn 372c
85 grams of chicken breast 94c

Very high calorie day of 2287.
