011909 WeightWell I continue to loose weight. Yesterday was a 1946 calorie day with 642 calories in snacks. Still when I weighed in this morning I was down yet again — 181.6 which is down 2 pounds in two days or 3.2 pounds in four days.

I am not wanting to loose weight that fast and perhaps 185 pounds on the analog scale was off or perhaps this new electronic scale is out of whack.

But to say the least I find those numbers encouraging. To be down from 195 pounds to 181.6 pounds in even 30 days is a pretty big accomplishment for me.

Now I am starting to wonder if and when this will get difficult. For the last 3 days this has been a breeze. No struggles at all. Let’s see if I can say that in 2 weeks or in a months time.

Today was a 2147 calorie day. 687 calories in snacks was a big much.

Snack 687 Calories:
1 Tim Hortons Blueberry Bagel 270c
170 grams of chicken breast 187c
1 cup of plain fat free yogourt 120c
1 date nut roll 110c

2147 calorie day.
