I added my late night snacking (2am) of 3 cups of fresh popcorn and 1 cup of cottage cheese to my breakfast. I retired around 8pm last night so I seem to always wake up at night when I go to bed before 11pm. Popcorn is a very low calorie snack and for me it feels filling. Of course I only use air popped popcorn.
Total calories for the day was 1946 which is quite a bit above the range I have been aiming for but I probably am aiming to low.
